Q: How do I contact someone with a question?

Q: What if I do not see the item I am looking for?

A: We have hundreds of items in our store that are not listed on our website. If you cannot find what you need please feel free to call us with your request at 507-648-3499, cell 507-227-8995 or email your request to sk@takshakmn.com and we’ll assist as promptly as possible.

 

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: Absolutely! Call us for orders at 507-648-3499 or 507-227-8995 . If there is no answer, leave your name, phone number and a short message and we will call you back.

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: We are not always able to ship all your items at once. Therefore you credit card will be charged as each item(s) are shipped.

 

Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped?

A: Orders in stock typically take up to 10-14 days to process and ship. Out of stock items may take up to an additional 2 weeks.

 

RETURN POLICY

Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us when ordering any item from the Tak Shak. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Once the item has been received we will credit your account. This satisfaction policy applies to saddles providing all instructions were followed. To return an item, simply box up the unused item (all tags attached) and call us at 507-648-3499 or 507-227-8995 within 10 days of receipt. Your packing slip is needed. All items MUST be returned in the same condition as they were received.
